Cancellation Policy

 

How cancellations work for stays

 

  • Cancellation has to be made on the corresponding email ID : bookings@bombaybnb.com ONLY otherwise no cancellation will be entertained.
  • We do not accept Cancellations over Phone.
  • Full refund after booking, up to 14 days before check-in
  • Free cancellation, as long as the guest cancels at least 14 days before check-in (time shown in the Payment Receipt)
  • For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the Payment Receipt).
  • If the guest cancels less than 14 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • If guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • All refunds required in the event of cancellations , amendments will be credited to your bank account as per the bank policy.
  • Please note that refunds will be made in the form of a credit to your bank account, transaction fee/convenience fee to be borne by the Guest.
  • All refunds will be processed in a timely manner. Once the refund instructions leave our office it can take anywhere from 2 to 14 business days for the refund to arrive in your account
